yes, they made a special die to D port shape them so the tube press fits in. This helps in the transition and keeps the tube from being "thinner" at the weld seam when you hand form them. Little attention to details , adds to cost but I want reliability as this is going to do the 25hr

Ok, got the Stage 3 Big Valve head back...........
Ceramic coating chambers and exhaust ports
32mm intake valves and 27mm inconel exhaust valves with Stage 2 CNC porting
92lb springs vs 78lb on stage 1 and 2. She's gonna see 35+psi at some point..........
