RE: GP price point? - ntn125 - 10-02-2013 09:08 AM If you decide to part the coils and/or BVH, definitely let me know RE: GP price point? - ColinGreene - 10-02-2013 09:29 AM Nathan you have had two shots at buying a set of coils on here already..... RE: GP price point? - ntn125 - 10-02-2013 10:34 AM Almost true...haven't heard back on the other set since someone has dibs on them first. RE: GP price point? - ColinGreene - 10-02-2013 10:40 AM They are on the floor in my garage. Should have bought mine... RE: GP price point? - teeots - 10-05-2013 05:39 AM best case scenario is to find someone who wants a fast GP and leave the car as is. RE: GP price point? - ColinGreene - 10-05-2013 11:51 AM Good luck with that. RE: GP price point? - ThumperGP - 10-05-2013 04:18 PM Part it out if you want top dollar. Very few people want a messed with GP RE: GP price point? - N2MINI - 10-06-2013 06:18 AM Assuming you do all the parting out yourself. Free labor. If paying to have them swapped back to stock which means you probably paid to put them on might as well just give them away with the car. May have to source a good used head to swap back to since the original may have been used as a core etc etc. I see how it is much easier to just sell it as is. As with all mods you take a big hit when selling.. RE: GP price point? - teeots - 10-06-2013 07:43 AM Yes i understand all of this. I have listed it in a couple places online as is. I know it is a smaller market for a modified car as is true for all makes/ models. Maybe more so with the GP or other limited production cars. I, personally would have loved to have found a car set up like this when I made my purchase 2 years ago for 22,500 bone stock. I have put around 10k in fun parts in the car since then and am asking 23,000. Someone like me will come along eventually and be thrilled to pick it up. If not, I still love the car and will keep enjoying it for "solo" drives. RE: GP price point? - cct1 - 10-06-2013 08:07 AM I'd take that pic down, take the car around the block, brake a few times to scrub the rust off the rotors, then post a pic, but that's just me.... It is a very nice car, and I hope you get what you can for it, but it'll be a tough sell above 20k, at least in my neck of the world. If I sell mine, which is very similar to yours but not gp, I've already resigned myself to taking a huge hit. |
