Can you get a video of the noise? In general, the whole R56 valvetrain is incredibly noisey...

It sounds exactly like the same metal/metal smacking sound you get with the "death rattle" except instead of being able to put your ear up to the front of the engine (as in the passenger side), you can tell its definitely coming from the center of the engine (where the coils are), aka the cylinders

mines in and done, just need to back the threshold off a bit. and find a way to hook up the dimmer wire.
Not a good night on the Dyno, my clutch has finally given up the ghost. Otherwise i would have made 280 possibly

Anybody using a jug other than the one they buy their methanol in to store it?

I saw VP has some race fuel ones, are they sufficient for storing methanol?
or would the plastic gas tanks work? I heard somewhere it won't, but want to make sure what I can and can't....

I purchased the VP plastic 5gal container with a long pour spout and it works fine.

Do you actually store your mixture in there? It'll evap if not airtight right? Or do you just use it when you need to mix your solution and use it to pour?

And do you have a good way of getting it out of the 5gal jug without pouring it all over yourself? lol
siphon?

This is what I use.
I know it is expensive, but I fill the meth tank on average every two days and plan on haveing it for a long time so it will be cheep per use.
