Luckiest man I say. Going to miss you more than I can say but I'm happy today to know I will be with you again someday. I thank you for all the life lessons you taught me and the tough love. You were what was right in the world. I pray to be more like you every day.

That post brought tears to my eye and took me back to my own fathers departure when I took 3 months off work to be by his side. It will be tough for a while but you will cherish your time and he will live on in all your memories. Wish you and family all the best.

Jan, sorry to see this so late. Just remember, the people in our lives whether they are family or not, will always be with us in our memories.
