RE: RMW Widebody Group Buy Pricing! - macnagaf - 02-12-2016 04:04 PM Wondering how many spacers I'd have to stack up to actually fill out the wheel well with these new fenders...i have a 15x8 wheel et 25 (Konig Dial In, for reference)... Considering the 17x10 with a combined offset of 45 looked awesome, I'm debating stepping up to a 15x9 with a larger spacer. Instead of a 15x8 with a gigantic spacer. Any advice/tips/know how? RE: RMW Widebody Group Buy Pricing! - michael bradley - 02-12-2016 04:56 PM There is room for a 15x10 with the right offset there would be little to no spacer. So since the kit is $1500 due to the group buy of 10 kits we are going to offer the bumper at $500 vs the standard $600 price............. Let me know asap who wants a FMIC. Can I just I just buy a front bar? Not quite ready for wide body but would love the splitter. RE: RMW Widebody Group Buy Pricing! - michael bradley - 02-13-2016 09:39 AM The wide body kit is just that, a kit. It's not designed to be sold as individual parts as they are designed to fit together. Fender flares are integrated into both the FMIC bumper and the standard wide body bumper. If you were to try and install this piece on a mini by itself it would look about as appealing as a chick with a dick. If a splitter is what you want then a splitter is what you should buy. That's my two cents. RMW Widebody Group Buy Pricing! - macnagaf - 02-13-2016 09:42 AM Just thought of something...I've already ordered the wide body, but haven't yet paid for the second half. Would it be possible to throw the fmic bumper on it and I'll pay the extra cost? Jan makes one hell of a splitter, get that instead. Thanks for your 2c but I don't like all the other splitters around, this is the best KIT I have seen but as I say not ready to go to 10" wide rims and tyres as I get my tyres cheap at moment. Understand I would need to mod flares to return back to something that looked normal but that would be my problem, no one else's. Anyhow just asking the question and I am sure Jan will either ignore me or give a normal honest response. ![]() RMW Widebody Group Buy Pricing! - macnagaf - 02-13-2016 04:41 PM Well as cct1 said...Jan does make his own splitter...unless that's one of the ones you don't like lol just reiterating for you Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk RE: RMW Widebody Group Buy Pricing! - cct1 - 02-13-2016 06:27 PM Have you seen Jan's splitter? What do you not like about it? It was one of my most favorite things I put on my car; if it weren't for the widebody I would have never sold it. RMW Widebody Group Buy Pricing! - Penis - 02-13-2016 07:12 PM I think he is like me and wants one that is seamlessly molded into the bumper trim like the R56 CHALLENGE cars. Looks matter to some people. ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
