RE: TVS900 Basics - Dave.0 - 10-24-2013 05:29 PM Glad I already have the Meth kit installed and running like a charm. ![]() RE: TVS900 Basics - Jan - 10-24-2013 05:36 PM (10-24-2013 05:14 PM)Shanne Wrote: Its still going to blow hot air at 20psi, the differance between the 900 and the M45 is that along with that hot air is still going to be a shit ton of CFM, with the M45 its just a little more CFM with a ton more heat. this**** ![]() RE: TVS900 Basics - dansskk - 10-24-2013 06:40 PM The TVS at more boost is running much cooler than the M45...... Remember how we thought it would be louder and whine more...... it didn't. It's quiet. Same deal on heat ..... the smaller finned housing and efficiency of the screws is producing less heat at boost....... Exactly how much cooler still remains to be seen once we get the boost up and run it hard without meth (I miss my meth). I'm still excited.. This is TVS unit number 3, (or is it 4 Jan)...... we're getting close. The front end of my car is held on with Velcro for quick changes...just kidding. From my iPhone using Tapatalk RE: TVS900 Basics - Jan - 10-24-2013 06:59 PM no..........we have a million things going on at the moment........I do have new flanges being made as they are all different.........sigh....... RE: TVS900 Basics - ColinGreene - 10-24-2013 07:16 PM I had the new TVS in my hand yesterday. The end where the air comes in looks redesigned. And I knew it could be quieter. It's a tighter mesh and more efficient rotor. RE: TVS900 Basics - RennSport Racing - 10-24-2013 07:38 PM Run enough meth, and you won't need a cooler..... I noticed in the pics there is no noise ports at the outlet either. From my iPhone using Tapatalk RE: TVS900 Basics - ColinGreene - 10-25-2013 11:04 AM Those ports on the M45 were actually to make it quieter. RE: TVS900 Basics - Penis - 10-25-2013 12:21 PM I knew that, it is also pretty common for the Terminator Cobra guys to have them welded shut... For some unknown reason other than to make the S/C louder. From my iPhone using Tapatalk |
