Didn't exactly know where to post this, but Announcements seemed the most appropriate. SoCal folks only.
ANGELES CREST IS OPEN AGAIN
Just got back from an early morning run and it is fantastic!
It has been newly repaved from La Canada up to Angeles Forest Highway. Race track smooth. Went up to Red Box Road to Mt. Wilson too. Get up there on the weekend real early - before 7:00 AM - and you miss most of the crotch rockets.

Used to take Alliso Canyon to Angeles Forest, to Little Tunjunga to Angeles Crest. What a great way to wake up in the morning!!!!!!

Just got back. One word.... Awesome! Awesome road, awesome view! Not so awesome that I got a speeding ticket!!!!!! 58mph in a 45mph posted area. I wasn't even trying to go fast, just admiring the view. What a way to ruin a totally awesome drive
