I did experience it one time after I had the check valve installed. I'm going to run it at 100% meth for a couple more tanks and then switch back to 75% to see if the problem comes back.

Well, I jinxed myself. The stumbling happened again this afternoon. So I haven't tried the battery reset yet, I'm going to do that this weekend and will report back.

Concentration probably has nothing to do with your guys' cold start stumbling...

But since we're on the subject, how are you liking the 100%?? Hopefully you moved the jet size up too.

Maybe one day I'll install my hfs-3 on the GP....however, the kit has become quite the centerpiece on my kitchen table! lol

When my original 0.6 mm jet crapped out, I swapped it with an 0.7 and kept it that way. I figure that should be fine for 100% given my current power levels? Or maybe I should try the 0.8 anyway just to get a good comparison.

Edit: I just realized that my kit came with 0.5, 0.6 and 0.7 mm jets so I'm running the largest one at the moment. I'm thinking 0.8 is way to big for me. Yeah, that's what she said.

100% definitely feels like more power, especially in the higher RPMs. And IAT readings are down in the low 50's now. I don't get the same fuzzy feeling though when I'm driving it hard. It's probably false hope but I feel that little bit of water in the cylinders is keeping my motor from blowing up. lol

Be careful, that sounds dangerously close to Sprintex territory. Big Grin

That's a good question. I have no way of telling with my crappy OBDII scan tool (I'm using Torque on Android). I'll check around to see if I can read pending codes or if there's another app out there that can. And of course, I could just by a standalone scan tool.

Was there a particular code or codes you were thinking about? Do you still think it's fuel pump related?

Update: I found an app called alOBD Scanner that will supposedly read pending codes. I'll try it out in a bit.

Don't know if there is an app for the Android, but my hubby uses Rev and Dash Command on his iPhone.

Does rev data log? I've switched over from droid to iPhone so no more torque.

Sil, anything between p0001-p0009 seems to be fuel pump related. In all honesty yes I think it's fuel pump related, as it makes sense that it does it when cold, and after pumping for a few seconds it normalizes. Plus seeing that it's a known problem, I wouldn't be surprised.

The 335 guys have the a same symptoms when the HPFP goes. Cold start issues, then after a while rough idling intermittently, then finally also high rpm misfires..
