So are we talking a stock or reamed out TB ? And while that is one cool looking intake tube, does it need to be coated so that it stays cool on the inside ?

RE: TVS900 Basics
Stock TB will be used and the big one for the 20psi kit
But all will be tested to see how much hp difference there is to justify the money spent The tube will more than likely be made from plastic or carbon unless costs are too high All heat dispersing ideas will be used but cost will also come into play You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity "Tuning Matters" minimark Wrote: ....as silent as a freshly fallen snow on a crisp winter morning, a deafening hush falls across the land of Kool-Aid..... |

That cant be a inlet pipe... Its round on the inside, not a squished up pice of pipe that looks like it came out of a scrap pile. This is just not possible, it might let too much air in.
I would be fine having the inlet made of aluminum in production. Carbon would be a big expense with little to no pay off, hell you really cant even see it anyhow. From my iPhone using Tapatalk Easily agitated, Half way retarded, and mentally unstable... Cant put up with it? SUCK MY RICHARD!! |

A simple reflective wrap would take care of most of the heat..
Small animals are in danger of getting sucked into the TVS. *Placeholder* for an X-1 Pic |
