RE: Aquamist HFS-3 and MINI Tank GB
Latest update: I removed the flow restrictor in the FAV and I think that was the biggest issue why I didn't feel the results I had expected. I set the threshold to the 10 o'clock positon and the gain to 1 o'clock and now while just cruising around i'm not constantly spraying but when I put my foot into it I know it's there. I can feel a lot more torque steer at boost so that tells me there is more power or atleast some gain from the meth. I have been running Jan's High boost tune for a while and my torque steer was all but gone. I then installed my Akrapovic DP and some torque steer returned but with the meth I now have to hold on real tight to the wheel or I'll be all over the road.

What is the flow restrictor and it's purpose? Sorry it may have mentioned here before already

the manual states it is for IDC/flow matching. Basically you can use it to fine tune how much flow you are going to see at the jet. All it is a plug with a small hole in the middle that blocks/slows down some of the flow.
That is my take on what it does but maybe Jeff has a better explanation on when it is needed.

I did a bit more testing of my settings compairing my boost gauge and the meth gauge. I found that with my current settings looks like when my boost goes from vacuum to boost, just as the boost gauge reads 0 the meth starts flowing. So once up to speed, just cruising around no flow but as soon as get to a boost state the flow is there. My threshold is at 10 o'clock and my gain is at 1 o'clock with the .7mm jet and no flow restrictor.

Hope this info helps anyone set up there system.

Based on my conversations with Jeff....the flow restrictors are unnecessary with the DI software and new FAV's they are using on these kits for the 56. They have flow trimmed down enough that a restrictor is not necessary

Some of you are getting it for $3/gal when only buying 5 gal? So jealous.
Keep me posted too. I have plenty for a while, but eventually will need a reload.

I use one of these jugs
