So what exactly is included in the kit and at what price? What are the "wants" and "must have's"?

Damnit, I just bought that GP intercooler and DDM diverter Big Grin

The intercooler's and charge cooler's are making quite the stock pile in my garage. Wink

I've been wanting to do this for quite some time but have so many projects going that it hasn't gotten done. Wait til everyone gets a look at what I have in storeTongue
I will be posting up what exactly comes in the kit and for what price as we have many versions depending upon how crazy you want to go. We do have the for SALE forum.....lol

How much did your mini make with the 1320TVS? What was the TQ? When did it start? Im on the fence Jan, I should have just had you install it when you were doing the Mini lol.

the 1320 is bigger than the TVS900 but it made 360whp and 296tq. I expect the TVS900 to make in the 300- 320whp with all the goodies

the new ECU will allow map switching and E85 won't be an issue with this. I run mine with map switching on the Aquamist setup. The flow sensor is set to see any flow discrepancies and automatically instantly switch the maps. This allows the driver to concentrate on driving the car instead of wondering what is going on in a 400whp car. The TVS will ALWAYS make more torque down low. Of course getting it to the ground might be an issue

Well, after three of four weeks this month outside the US I'm back. I will get some GoPro vids up this week of my car in the local canyons. I will also post up some pics.

llabmik2 --- A word of warning on E85, I did some research on running E85, as I was intending to do the same thing, run Rotrex and E85, besides needing fuel pump, injectors etc... I was advised that if the car is sitting for any more than 3 days it will start to damage the engine and parts by corrosion, even with the corrosion inhibitors in the E85. This information was from some motorsports people that run E85 and intially told me to use it.
But my car is not a daily driver......
The other option is to use it then flush your fuel system with standard pump gas and then park-up.

Regards....

Is there any trimming to the liner, etc. needed to fit this larger intercooler under the bonnet?

RE: RMW 30-74 Rotrex Kit (top mount version)
no trimming, you will need to put foam on the hood to seal it
this makes a perfect seal of the intercooler to the hood. It's amazing how cool the intercooler is compared to a roots or twinscrew with the same amount of intercooler and boost

I run E85 in my EVO. No issues at all. Ive let it sit a lot longer then 3 days. Just replaced the fuel pump with a DW 300lph (for more flow) and everything looked awesome. I also just head the head off, it was sitting for about 6 months. Not a single problem. Just cleaner then normal. I work months at a time, when I come home I've fired it right up with no ill effects. its 105 oct I love it lol.
