Let me try to answer. I will have similar temps here in KC, and will have ice tires on. Therefore I don't need as much HP. I will run 50/50 so it won't freeze. I will still get the cleaning effect of the water. I will turn the gain down to about 11 go to a 0.6 jet.

On your second question, if your only concern is the IAT then don't worry. If you are getting flow and have checked it per the checkout into a bottle so you know your flow then you are good to go in my opinion.

Now before you put on snow tires go try 100% meth and a 0.8 jet.
