RE: Aquamist HFS-3 and MINI Tank GB
Haha. I topped it off with meth yesterday and while iat is still reaching 100, I can see it climbs much slower than when it'd normally spike. Plus I'm noticing a lot more torque steer now, so higher octane is def noticeable.
I think for the winter I will run about a 75/25 meth/water mix, which is what I'll aim to run normally... And instead I'll turn the gain down so it comes on slower for octane boost and do more cooling up top when it really gets hot. Or is it the flow restrictor that helps it come on easily and the gain is more for how much comes on up top? To be honest I wouldnt think twice running 100% if it was cheaper here. But can't afford running over a gallon a week, as I drive 60 mi round trip a day and drive spiritedly lol (10-25-2011 02:36 PM)PhillyDave Wrote: It is 42 in the mornings here in the burbs of Philly and I run 100% meth and a 0.8 jet.
