Apologies to Erik for this slight detour but it's sort of on topic. When CA's new smog laws take effect and they forgo the sniffer test, if the CEL is tuned out when you install a catless DP does anyone know if that means it will pass the check? I don't think I have anything installed that would fail the visual test.
If so, you can have my stock DP for cheap if you don't mind waiting until Jan comes out with one that I'd like to buy. See, I brought it back on-topic.
