Fav is supposed to be mounted as close to the jet as possible. The fav isn't leaking. There is water left in the hose between the fav and nozzle after the car is off, which may be what is leaking. A check valve at the nozzle stops this extra water between the fav and nozzle from leaking out of the nozzle.

If the FAV is not leaking how is would anything get out of the jet? The water could expand slightly from heating but it seems unlikely to cause your issue.

Jeff is it a spring loaded Check valve?

Usually you can hold the jet and line straight down and it won't leak. Like putting your finger over a straw and lifting it. But every once in a while the jet and line are at the right angle and the fluid left in the line from the FAV to the jet can slowly drip out of the jet, being replaced by air. The standard check valve we have is a 15psi, so vacumm cannot draw it open, but the system spraying has no issue. I'll send these to Erik and Sil. I'll see if I can get some special 1 or 2psi valves made, and see if they also work. The lighter pressure would not affect how the system is setup, but would prevent any drip.

Yes it's spring loaded.

It feels similar, but to a higher degree I think. The initial stumbling definitely went away after the w/m install, but the battery was also disconnected so it's hard to say what actually caused it to go away. But the initial stumbling seemed like it happened in higher gears. This stumbling always happens right when I start up the car, let it idle for 30 sec or so and then drive away. And I can always count on it going away after I let off the throttle a bit and then get back on the throttle. It was so minor to me that I never bothered reporting it here.

Good or bad, we always want to know about any issues to improve the kits. Sometimes there maybe no fix or nothing practical, be we do want to improve the kit.
