I am just wondering exactly what statue covers that. Is it a fire law? I can't see how legislators would word and foresee that particular issue. Remember, just because they write a ticket, does not mean you are guilty of anything. That is separate step and there must be an ordinance, or law and you must violate it.

I'm just saying, sounds hard to convict on that one if you contest it unless they have made a new law recently which is possible.

There's a number of things you could get for it, anything from a Section 59 all the way up to a big fine for 'Endangering the Piblic'
