Update -
Talked to Paul this morning and got a lot of key information. The car is GP #1942. I wrongly stated the car mileage: its ~13000, not 1300 miles. He is the third owner, he bought the car used from Irvine MINI with an extended warranty (which is still good). The car is garaged.
