I would be less worried about the pump and more worried about the fact that there's a gallon of pure methanol sitting in the trunk.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think both Jeff and Jan have fuel cells installed, not the same plastic tank Howerton sells. But I still don't think it's that big a deal.

I asked the same question and Jeff says not to worry, the pump can handle it. Both Jan and Jeff run straight meth so you know it's safe.

It's just the manual that says it won't, and may void the warranty.
