I don't think you mean gurney flaps but those aero surfaces on the front bumper corners.

Let captain obvious attempt to clear this up: It's wickerbill/gurney flap on the rear wing we're talking about, not the canards on the front...But yes, it's the canards that M7 blatantly copied off of Jsart, and that's the reason Jsart won't make anything for the MINI--including the wickerbill--anymore. M7 is run by someone else since this all happened, but when we brought this up to him, it was conveniently ignored...Jsart is a good dude, lives in Michigan I believe, I begged, pleaded and cajoled but he's done.
