The restrictor could be cutting the overall flow a bit, you could try a bigger jet OR remove the restrictor. I'd try the latter first, then up the jet as needed. 75% should be good, but in a real humid environment, the water is just a knock suppressor, it won't add to the cooling.

Also, The IDC profile of these cars is funky compared to normal, turning the gain up to about 1 o'clock on the dial and see what happens.
