40 minutes for a fat guy with a bad back who is not happy leaning over a hood. You shouldn't have much of a problem.
for an early 04 this is what I did and worked well.

put on lift
wheel off
lower E12 torx off
jack under engine bracket area just to see the engine move so I know it is there.
Top hose and wire bracket(whatever you call it) bolt off just move it to the side 1/2 inch
Ground wire off
Get airgun
Fire wall mount bracket bolts off and removed that lateral bracket.
4 mount to block bolts.

The entire bracket comes up and off with a tilt. The engine has plenty of wobble after you just jack it up 1 1/2 inch to wiggle it on/off easily.. Plenty of room front and back to take the mount bracket off with an airgun and 4 inch extension.
Old mount off
New one on

reverse.

9 out of the 10 voices in my head are telling me to "Floor it!"

Re: Vibratechnics group buy.
Just be careful with the wobble part when taking the bolts out of the top bracket. Mine wobbled well more like dropped, and managed to break one of the two locking methods for the cam position sensor and knock it loose. If I did it again I would put the floor jack under that end of the engine to avoid the drop.

I'm interested in a upper road mount for an '06 MCS as mine just died. I guess it would depend on how long it would take to get everything together for a group buy instead or just calling the UK.

2006 MCS PS/PS R99, JCW dash, Auto-dip, Premium, Sport, Cold Weather, Perf Mods, RMW tuned, Koni Sports, H&R 19mm rear sway bar, Swift Spec-R springs, Hotchkis comp camber plates, RMW oil cooler
