RE: Aquamist HFS-3 and MINI Tank GB
If you are not tuned....definitely wouldn't run anything above the .6mm. You don't really have a need, you are not generating nearly the same amount of heat as those with tunes running 20 psi, hence why you probably feel power loss. I would keep the .6 in there, with a mostly meth concentration.

What jet, settings, and did you put the restrictor in?

I don't know, I need to get a data logger soon..

Not sure if I should get a PC logger or get a scan gauge

6mm jet and 7mm restrictor stock settings right now they seem to work well, but I will test different settings when I get back from skiing..

There was no noticeable power loss when the system was on after I installed the 6mm jet.

Seems if you get the right settings you should get a gain in HP. Your ECU should adjust to the higher octain of the Meth.

RE: Aquamist HFS-3 and MINI Tank GB
In the winter the DD gains can be perceived as slightly less. During "normal" driving there is less heat load and the low ambient temps can keep the car much cooler. You will still notice a big difference in hard driving and heat soak situations, but a little of the daily drive may not feel to have as big a gains as the summer months. Really this depends on how hard you drive normally too.

Also contributing is the HP level of the car, as the higher HP cars are in need of the cooling and octane a bit more than the near stock cars even in lighter load, low ambient situations. Of course, getting the right combination of meth concentration and jetting is key for each application as well.

Carry on.

I'm loving the 75/25 wm mix I've been on, huge diff from 65/35 (roughly as this was a pour after priming the system)
