2.5" What, no room for an even 3"? Maybe a 3X2 oval? Just sayin if you want to fit a 72mm T-body or the Audi RS4's 75mm VDO body...

But throw a BVH on top of it, and is it time to upgrade pistons/rods etc?
I like the idea of the power without increasing the displacement; I'm thinking this setup is potentially going to last longer on a tracked car than a 1.8 L Rotrex, although it may not make as much power, we'll see when Jan tunes it how comparable they are. The TVS may hit a very nice sweet spot with its ability to go on cars from stock to heavily modified. I keep going back and forth on this--when my supercharger goes, I'd almost undoubtedly do this, until then, I keep struggling with people who have been in my car or driven it on the track, who are more knowledgable than me, saying don't touch a thing, at least not for now, the car is perfectly balanced.... The only good F56 is a dead F56

The TVS will allow for a bit more power than what the stock blower will flow at a lower pressure rate.
With good tuning it wont be so crucial. Really what your trying to do is not go crazy with the cyl pressure. Its been proven that the stock rods will take 330 hp but its all in how you develop it. If you just dump 20 psi on the internals they may not like that but 15 psi of the tvs vs 15 PSI of the M45 will be a huge power bump. I figure 12 should be all you need.
