RE: TVS900 Basics
Dan--I don't have the aquamist--yet. It's going on this fall, so currently all I have is the GP intercooler. It may go in sooner, but I still have other parts to install first--once those are in, I'm buying the aquamist. I knew you were running 100%, and 50/50 really doesn't make any power, that's why I was hoping for a meth free dyno pull. But I have the flash tool, so maybe I'll do a with and without meth tune, 100% for the track, and turn it off otherwise.
Joe--with 2:1, did you have to retune your car, or is it more like 50/50? The only good F56 is a dead F56

RE: TVS900 Basics
Chris-I had it on when I tuned, but I run a small jet, so it's more or less just for detonation suppression.
I adjusted my threshold so it only comes on when under load/hard throttle tip in (everyday driving I can drive all day without it triggering...in a way it helps save gas, if i hear it trigger i back off :-) ). Like you, I thought about running a dual tune, but I didn't want to bother with it, so I run 2:1 and leave it on all the time. 2006 MCS Space Blue Checkmate |

RE: TVS900 Basics
Thanks for that--that makes a ton of sense, and it's exactly what I'm looking for--easier the better. I'll be hitting you up for more info once I purchase; once I get the expansion tank on, and some maintenance issues sorted out, this is next on the list.
