Will we still have the option to run a TVS with the GP IC as a replacement to the M45?

I know it will not be as powerful as the WTA kits with the TVS or the Rotex kits.

the only cost effective way for me to make the TVS is with the new manifold and w2a as that exit horn is too hard to make work unless I spend $60k on a foundry. I don't have that kind of money to throw on this

NO Dave that GP Intercooler is an over rated piece of shit and you should let me do you a favor and take it off your hands for say $100 shipped!

We both know that you are going to need that extra $100 for the I need the whole RMW Package Club.

Funny you mention that, my lightly used GP intercooler should be available at some point...

Won't be 100 bucks though.

Yeah I will not be letting my GP IC fo for a hundred bucks..lol

I am still waiting for the TVS kit to come out and tested on a few cars before I make the leap.

My plan is ViPec, 1000's and TVS.

Agree 100%, initially I was going to do a bolt on TVS only, stock ECU..but especially if you're doing the Vipec and 1000's, you'll be leaving a bunch on the table with an otherwise stock engine, keeping the boost where it's safe. You'll have a blower capable of quite a bit more boost than the stock engine can handle, so you're only getting a fraction of what the TVS can safely put out. I've come full circle on this--it makes more sense to me to build the engine first, then put the higher capacity forced induction on after, whatever that may be. Not saying you couldn't do it on a stock block, but I feel a whole lot better trying this with a stronger crank, pistons, etc. I'd rather have the engine overbuilt, the 1.8 can handle much more than the TVS can throw at it. To put it another way, if I had to pick one or the other, I'd do the 1.8 strroker before I'd do the TVS. Maybe I'm wrong, it's just my .02.

Talk to Jan and Colin, they obviously know more than the rest of us, this is merely where I ended up after reading, watching and talking...
