Wait til everyone gets a look at what I have in store I will be posting up what exactly comes in the kit and for what price as we have many versions depending upon how crazy you want to go. We do have the for SALE forum.....lol (05-28-2011 12:28 PM)llabmik2 Wrote: Have you done any E85 tunes? Or does the new ECU you are coming out with do map switching? I think a Rotrex with a E85 tune would be crazy. It would require like a 1000cc injector but I bet it would put a insane amount of power down. the 1320 is bigger than the TVS900 but it made 360whp and 296tq. I expect the TVS900 to make in the 300- 320whp with all the goodies the new ECU will allow map switching and E85 won't be an issue with this. I run mine with map switching on the Aquamist setup. The flow sensor is set to see any flow discrepancies and automatically instantly switch the maps. This allows the driver to concentrate on driving the car instead of wondering what is going on in a 400whp car. The TVS will ALWAYS make more torque down low. Of course getting it to the ground might be an issue You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity "Tuning Matters" minimark Wrote: ....as silent as a freshly fallen snow on a crisp winter morning, a deafening hush falls across the land of Kool-Aid..... |

Well, after three of four weeks this month outside the US I'm back. I will get some GoPro vids up this week of my car in the local canyons. I will also post up some pics.

I was advised that if the car is sitting for any more than 3 days it will start to damage the engine and parts by corrosion, even with the corrosion inhibitors in the E85. This information was from some motorsports people that run E85 and intially told me to use it. But my car is not a daily driver...... The other option is to use it then flush your fuel system with standard pump gas and then park-up. Regards.... |

RE: RMW 30-74 Rotrex Kit (top mount version)
no trimming, you will need to put foam on the hood to seal it
this makes a perfect seal of the intercooler to the hood. It's amazing how cool the intercooler is compared to a roots or twinscrew with the same amount of intercooler and boost You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity "Tuning Matters" minimark Wrote: ....as silent as a freshly fallen snow on a crisp winter morning, a deafening hush falls across the land of Kool-Aid..... |

this video is great, this is Rotrex's littlest supercharger

Ive let it sit a lot longer then 3 days. Just replaced the fuel pump with a DW 300lph (for more flow) and everything looked awesome. I also just head the head off, it was sitting for about 6 months. Not a single problem. Just cleaner then normal. I work months at a time, when I come home I've fired it right up with no ill effects. its 105 oct I love it lol. |
