RE: C38...........is it possible?
Speaking of it, Don't know if you have bought it yet or not Jan, but this is where I just got mine.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2000-2001-2002-2...vi-content Cheaper then the Zel website. You do need to get the harness from them. That will be this guy http://www.zeitronix.com/order/order.htm#ECA Then I got these. So that I can plum it right in using AN lines. You need them both http://www.summitracing.com/parts/RUS-640853/ http://www.summitracing.com/parts/RUS-640863/ That will go right onto the E85 sensor using the GM quick connect. So basically I got everything for the price of the E85 sensor alone off the Zeltronix website. |

RE: C38...........is it possible?
Here is adding 2psi to the equation on 91 pump gas
that was 21psi on the earlier run at the top........ what will it make now? what will it make on E85? Its going to be bat shit crazy on the E85! if we do it , it will be done with billet pieces, that will be lighter and stronger than the cast stock ones. They will probably be around $1k or so per set. Cams will be made custom also to take advantage of the mechanical rockers too You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity "Tuning Matters" minimark Wrote: ....as silent as a freshly fallen snow on a crisp winter morning, a deafening hush falls across the land of Kool-Aid..... |

RE: C38...........is it possible?
This is something we need - 9-10k RPM from a mini would just blow minds. VTEC - what's that?
New rocker arms and springs would be needed too - including on the jesus head? The only thing better would be pneumatically operated valves Your build should be awesome Shanne Mutant Tractor Means Business

It was made to have fuel economy with high hp at the same time. Most will not even need to rev past 8k. There is no reason unless you have a BIG rotrex or a BIG turbo. RPM is a motor killer. Just reving that high to say that you can rev that high is pointless. If you want to have something that rev's high buy a 600cc motorcycle. You will quickly find out that high RPM means NO lower end at all. |
