We are the builder. They are hand built in house by a expert header builder and they are complete stainless steel.

Depends on the county and quite possibly the cam combo. No emissions testing in El Paso county (Colorado Springs). I have those headers and a street can as that was the only combo which would pass VA emissions before I moved out here. Now, I keep it that way in case I move to a different county, one where emissions testing is mandatory.

My Isuzu truck just failed 3 times. I've heard the header and cam are nice combination. |

if the rest of your car is in shape you should not have a issue.
