Geez, Dan way to go cheap. I wouldn't be surprised if the TSW is deteriorating. When I took mine off, I was surprised by the condition of the piece.

I'm not trying to go cheap..... That mount is solid right now... If & when it starts to shit the bed I'll change it in a heartbeart..... but not this week.

We may find that the torque & power of the TVS dictate a change sooner but we'll see.

Somehow my things seem to hold together pretty well. My 6 yr. old GPs still have the original cooling system plastic expansion tanks and they haven't leaked a drop.

My 270 WHP "Blue Demon" GP with over 60,000 "drive it like you stole it" miles has it's original clutch, factory LSD, and engine lower end... today Jan drove it and said "Damn, this car is smooth , solid, and quick"..... so, it's not being cheap.... my stuff is just still good...... right Colin.??

You do take care of your car, and like i say It is one of my faves out of all the cars i see.
This can only make it better.
you know i like razzing you about it.
My radiator seems to be doing ok for now, the water pump is starting to drip a bit.....
Its because its gotten regular ish coolant changes, that helps a ton. Once when you did the head and again when you did this.

I'm just a huge fan of the Vibratechnics. You probably have your TSW set up better than mine was so it is holding up well. And its actually pretty funny for me to call you cheap, look at your MINIs compared to mine. haha

We ran the TVS car last night and found that it lacked the boost we expected.

Found out today that we had a massive air leak between the TVS and the horn to the intercooler. ...... that makes me feel better.

Once fixed it's down to the dyno..... I'm excited.

Won't be long now.... be patient boys & girls.

What was the cause of the leak?

Probably just install awkwardness or a gasket that did not want to seat, sometimes that happens.
its all prototype parts in there so.....

I understands. That is a large mating surface so yeah I get that it would not be easy to do perfectly the first time.
