Where do you get the ticket? In the residential area of La Canada, or when you were up on the hill?

Up the hill about 12 miles. I was on my way back. I went up about 25 miles and thought I should head back in case I ran out of gas!!!!

Awesomeness by design.

RE: Angeles Crest is OPEN!!
I miss Angeles Crest....never got a ticket in there, and I've been through most of it at very naughty speeds.

There are some great roads that you LA folks get to enjoy...

There were many a times when I'd get out of class at LMU, go drive up PCH and play in the canyons above Malibu....good times Tongue

Think I need to move back to CA

Yes! Family has a house just south of Flagstaff...and its off of 89A, the road that you are talking about that goes to Sedona, through Oak Creek Canyon. Beautiful road and tons of fun...but generally it gets so busy and you'll get stuck behind a bunch of "holiday" drivers which really kills the fun lol
